How to use it
- Use the first section each time a revised master programme is received.
- Use the second section for each notice of delay: record what the notice contains and what is missing.
- Note the date the required particulars were received: the timescale for fixing a new Completion Date runs from then.
- Clause numbers are shown for Design and Build (DB) and Standard Building Contract (SBC); check your edition.

Notice of delay
